Where do you get your clothes from?

We are exclusively an online boutique and we proudly fulfill our items from different states in the US.

Why do you not have a customer service toll-free or telephone number?
At this time, we operate exclusively online to ensure that we are able to pass-on the cost-savings to you on high-quality and affordable dresses. You may contact us anytime via email at [email protected] or click on Contact Us and we will promptly respond within 24 business hours, guaranteed!
Our online email support team is available Monday to Saturday from 8am to 9pm EST and Sunday from 9am to 1pm EST.

Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

Yes, please also be aware that delays in customs are becoming increasingly common and unfortunately we cannot control or prevent this type of occurrence.

Successfully placed orders will be process within 1-2 days and you will receive a shipping notification with your order details. If you don't receive an email please check your spam folder or email us for confirmation.

Do you ship to APO/military addresses?
Yes, we sure do!

We use USPS Priority Mail Shipping on all US Domestic Orders. Orders typically arrive between 2-4 business days after shipment.

We offer FREE shipping on ALL domestic orders.

What is the return and exchange policy?

Currently, we are not accepting returns only exchanges.
All exchange items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition.

Shipping charges will not be refunded, except in cases where the error was ours.

How to make an EXCHANGE:

Let us know what item(s) you need to send back and what you're exchanging for by filling out our Exchange Form.
Enclose the exchange form packing slip in the package.
Mail package at your nearest USPS or UPS location within 3 business days from receiving your order.
The total cost for your exchange is $5.00 for shipment of the new single item.
No additional charges/shipping fees will be charged to your account except for any price differences in the items being exchanged or if you are exchnaging more than one item.

What is the total turnaround time to exchange my order?
It'll take 5-7 business days, depending where you are returning the dress from.

Here in Flirly, we hand pick almost all our items to make sure that what we are giving you is unique and superb quality. Our size chart above shows average size measurements, and please do undertstand that due to different clothing styles, fabrics and brands, items sometimes differ from these average measurements. Please contact us if you want specific measurements for an item and we’ll be happy to assist you.

Can I cancel my order?

You can only cancel the order if the items have not been shipped.
If you need to cancel an order please send us a message via contact us page and don't forget to put your order number.

How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Currently our checkout process uses PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Before entering any personal credit card information, you will be transferred to PayPal's secure servers. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. You may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
